We grow two rows of Bramleys in the bottom orchard, and they keep in the cold store well into the new year. Sold loose, by the kilo or by the crate for anyone making a winter’s worth of chutney.

The shop opens at nine, the kettle’s on by ten, and the fields are open for picking most days from June to October.
